Repose | Add a reminder popup for the Full Assessment

At the start and at the end of the REPOSE study, participants are required to complete the "Full Assessment", a series of 4 symptom checks containing 200+ questions in total. They have 14 days each to complete the four symptom checks. During that time, a popup on the home screen reminds them to complete the assessment. Same for the "Short Assessment" (same principle, but after 2 and 4 months)

The popup should no longer be presented once all 4 SCs have been submitted.
