Repose | Allow data transmission only 1x per day

Currently, every time the user presses "Done for today" at the end of the query run, their data is transmitted to the study server.

This should only be possible once per day (and only after they've answered all questions). After that, the button disappears and is replaced with a text saying they've already sent their data.
