Repose | Clean up homepage entries

The "Share your answers" button is not used in the study, so should not be part of this app variant.

That would leave three homepage entries, which may look a bit weird on desktops. Investigate moving the QR scanning from the home screen to the main menu, leaving two homepage entries. QR scanning is only performed once at the start of the study, so I feel like it might be confusing for users to see the QR scanner so prominently all the time (they might feel like they should be scanning something?).
