Update A.G.B.

Background

The AGB was added into the product as an entry in the nav bar. Now that a second client is purchasing the product, the laywers have reviewed the AGB and made some updates

## What to do

Most of the ABG hasn't changed. There are tracked changes included in the attached document. Please open in googledrive to view the tracing of changes that have been implemented to the AGB and update the nav bar entry for these changes.
