Update TransmissionRequests: Modal when sending payload

When the PAT entered a valid transmission code and selected the data they want to send, they see a modal, indicating that data is being transmitted. This modal is just black text on a white background and needs an update.

What is to be done?

  • Make SessionSendModalComponent look like the layouts below 😄
  • please ignore the header: no menu and no logo :)
