Delete data modal add theme

This issue is about giving the delete everything modal the updated new look.

What is to be done?

• HCP critical decision modal color should use: HCP Primary and Secondary colors

• PAT critical decision modal color should use: PAT Primary and Secondary colors

• Update text for HCP/PAT: The text for this modal (and other critical decision/warning modals) needs to be different for PATs/HCPs as HCPs are using the "sie" form and PATs "du"

• Once different text is possible, please update the modal and button text
