Urgent New: Nav bar Entry: AGB
Currently there is no terms of use in the app. We would like to add a german terms of use into the app. Both PAT and HCP apps will use the german text for both eng/ger as this is legally binding. English translation will be updated later.

Layout like Impressum is desired, 1 container across screen for all screen sizes/no changes of container/div number on break points so that header and text are always 1 ontop of the other. (see Data policy vs. impressum issue)

Add AGB entry in the bottom of nav bar (with Impressum and Datenschutzhinweise) without any icons and center aligned
