URGENT BUG: HCP/PAT QR-Code scannen Recieve Action button refactor

Currently the QR code scan button is used the same in HCP and PAT apps but different text is needed.

PAT home screen "QR code scannen" Action button changes

Current: small text: Therapie Follow-Up von meiner Ärzt:in empfangen

Desired: small text: "Therapie Follow-Up laden oder Therapieverlauf senden"
