URGENT BUG: Statistics Buttons

Current: Both PAT/HCP home pages has a statistics button on the home page to be able to test the new graph layouts. We are going to push updates to production early next week for the client and need these test buttons not to be on the home page.

Desired: No "statistics" buttons on the home page for the HCP or the PAT
