NEW: Information Modal: Websocket

This issue is about updating the information about websockets as a modal

What is to be done?

Update icon action from issue #483
Update text with headers bold and spacing
Use icon from #483 but is not actionable/button
Use small action button for leaving modal button in secondary color (both HCP and PAT app)
Use new x icon for mini-button to leave modal
