New: Delete Question Modal
Background
The HCP is setting up a new self-monitoring with a PAT and is still editing it and accidentally presses the delete a question button on any of the question cards.
Concept
This is not a "critical decision" modal but a "warning" modal. It follows more of the same design concepts with the submit button and is less predominant.
This warning type modal will be used in both PAT/HCP variants with the same layout but different color scheme following a "primary" and "secondary" idea.
