Bug: Pat Answering Skip/Browse Questions Not functional

In the PAT answering implementation when a pat wants to look through their questions for the day, or skip a question for the day, we would like it that they can scroll to the right left with swipe/scroll or they can use the left and right arrows to move through the cards.

Currently, the PAT can scroll to the left right with the mousepad or arrows on the keyboard. But when a question is skipped with the left/right arrows it is unable to move the cards.
