Medication Answer Type Visualization

Current: when an HCP/PAT are making a medication question they cannot see that it is a yes no answer but see the dosage/medication an wording of the question

Desired: non-selectable and unchangeable Yes/no answer bubbles and text appear in the medication editor under the dosage field.
