Update Medication Questions: individual Schedule

This is a follow up / separation of #303.

Just like #303 added individual schedule editing to regular questions, it's now the turn of medication questions.

What is to be done

Copy the behavior for individual schedule editing from #303 over to medication question.

Bonus points: Find a generic way to edit individual schedules that works for both regular questions and medication questions.
