Bug: ActionButton on Homescreen reloads the page

When on the HCP variant home screen, clicking the 'Therapie Follow-Up'/'Monitoring'-button the page reloads (with the appropiate url)

Expected behavior

When clicking the button, the app should switch to the monitoring setup without reloading

Steps to reproduce

• Open the HCP variant.
• Open dev tools console / network tab.
• Wait for the page to finish loading
• Clear the console/network tab.
• Click the 'Therapie Follow-Up'/'Monitoring'-button
• Witness raload action on console /network tab :D
