Receiving montoring setup on patient side not working correctly

When setting up a monitoring for a patient, I can complete the monitoring, and send it successfully to the patient via QR code, however when the patient receives it, they are not able to answer the questions, and sees the message:

You answered count out of total today's questions.

Clicking on the button to complete the questions has no effect

I'm seeing this behaviour on

Steps to Reproduce

Example:

  1. Open the HCP app
  2. Set up a monitoring survery
  3. Share the survery
  4. Scan the survey with the patient app
  5. click to answer the questions
  6. You should see the screenshot below

Any possible solutions?

I expect either:

  • We're sending the data incorrectly from the doctor app
  • Some change to the data we made is causing it to be incorrectly interpreted on the patient side
