Template/Self-monitoring title submit button

When an HCP wants to change the name of the current self-monitoring they are creating, the edit button is pressed and to submit the new title a "Bestätigen" button is there.

Current: to submit the new title a "Bestätigen" button is used

Desired: to submit the new title the check mark is used (same as to submit a question title text or answer text)
