Update Menu: Impressum #861m6t4de

Currently: launching the client with the new version of the app since the study version is not working with the server.

We need to add in the company information and data policy as a separate - not "designed" page that is reachable from the main menu on the PAT and HCP versions.

We already have the Impressum link in the nav bar that currently directs the user to the home page. We need to make a new page/popup - easiest display of the following text for both the HCP and PAT.
