[Bug] Cards look incorrect on monitoring setup page

After a merge, the design of the action buttons changed, such that the card is visible within the card component, creating a wide border above and below. This should not be there
What is the expected behaviour?
Action button should have no card background
What is the actual behaviour?
Steps to Reproduce
Example:
- Open the app
- Click 'Questions' on home screen
- Turn device up side down
- Alarm goes off
