Selecting Yes No Question without custom labels doesnt show answer options in the preview

Discovered during E2E testing fix:

When selecting yes no question type and turning of custom labels, there's no preview and a bunch of errors in the console.

There might be some connection to the new quad question widget, judging from the errors, but I'm not sure how that's connected.

Also interesting: you can still press apply with that question setting. Not tested: is the item valid for transfer and answering by the patient?

The expected behaviour would be to have 'yes' and 'no' in the preview below.
