STUDY PROD BUG: Query runner can't be started when there are open questions shown for today on the homepage

about: Short explanation This was reported by Caspar and one of his patients. The patient couldn't start the query runner even though he had open questions for that day. He managed to get around this bug by going into the main menu and via the questionnaire to the questions where he was able to answer them. (Another possibility was given by us through the menu entry "Symptom Checks".
In the screenshot you also see that the display of the count of total questions is also not working as intended. This might be related.
This issue has a very high priority as it affects the study prod version and the main user flow.

The bug can be reproduced via
- Send SC to patient app
- Click 'Today's Questions' on PAT home screen
- Click the violet button in the middle (if I remember correctly this screen shouldn't be the first thing you see when you click Today's Questions, but I might be wrong)
- Check dev tools in browser
