LIBS: II.3 TRIVY database cron job

Due to the fact that we had to create our own docker image for the vulnerabilities, we need to provide a way to update regularly. SKOPEO needs to be used.

• Create schedule pipeline job that updates the previously store vulnerability db.

We didn't have to create another job because the new trivy version offers better db download options
