Issues when resizing the app in the modal: question edit -> free text input + toggles miss padding to the left

Steps to Reproduce

Example:

1. Open the app with dev tools of browser open and switch to an iOS model
2. Start New Session
3. Customize Question
4. Select Free Text Input
5. Resize App with Dev Tools of browser
