B_017_R6 Monitoring Setup: Prefiltered list in modal on XYZ questions buttons

Following up on #1230 (closed) for Warning Sign Questions, Side Effects Questions, Withdrawal Questions

• implement the same new functionality for the other buttons, where the HCP doesn't have to manually apply the right filter to get the f.e. warning sign questions but it just happens automatically
• Update/fix e2e tests

• Add any unit tests needed
