B_005_R5 PAT/HCP card page alignment

The cards on the HCP interface and the scroll buttons overlap a bit too much over the question cards for them to be readable. We want to update the cards and scroll buttons to the intended design.

• Cards outside the "view frame" are shown (see PAT day query run)
• Left card aligned with Category names/Template dropdown
• Left PAT card aligns with the logo and date picker
• Please add any required unit tests
• Please check that no e2e tests are affected and fix them
