B_020_R1 Fix General Question: Default Notes question

Background

The 4th question in the general questions should be the default notes question. While working on some issues last sprint it was found that this question wasn't used and wasn't in the TAB_013 list of questions.

What to do

• Change the 4th question in the starter kit of the general questions:
  • rcc-curated-default-00-daily-note should be used
  • Remove the question that was added in the 4th question just titled "daily notes" hasn't been used (Discuss what would happen though)
  • It seems that the "Daily notes" is over writing the original notes question - pleaase check on this and what is happening
  • Fix it so that all symptom checks including the general questions use rcc-curated-default-00-daily-note
  • Fix e2e Tests
