B_024 Optimal Template Journey | Step 1.f: Infinite Template Selection Loop on Mobile View

Problem

1. open from your mobile/tablet this website: https://hcp.team.qa.recoverycat.de/monitoring-setup
2. select any template
3. [ERROR] selection dropdown box stays open, forcing the user to select another one, which doesn't help as this enters a loop, and it is not possible to exit.
4. [EXPECTED] selection dropdown box closes.

We should probably disable the hovering mechanics for mobile views.
