C_004_R8 Notes Progress Cue Count

Background

We implemented/designed the notes question in a way that is different from other question in that it; comes with every Therapy Follow-up, has it's own color of answer card, and it'sgraphical presentation. Two intended specialities about the notes question we want to revise.

What to do

Currently, in the "progress cue" or the count of the number of questions to be answered on the PAT interface, the notes question is taken into account. However, this question is optional and more for special occurance notes so we do not intend to push the PAT to feel like they need to answer everyday

• Progress cue should show the number of scheduled questions that are unanswered without checking the notes question.
  • If count - 1 is used and a PAT answers the notes but not a scheduled question this will be misleading, please try to not include the note question specifically
  • Notes should still be in the day-query-run with the question count at the header
