Consumption Template Question Addition

Current: On dev/main, when a user selects the RC - Konsumtagebuch template, no questions are added to the preview page and probably symptomcheck.
Desired: When RC - Konsumtagebuch template is selected questions are added to the preview page, and when the edit button is selected the question opens in the digit edit view.
