Website Branding | Set Favicon Icon

Background

The PWA and Website tab are still using old brand colors and icons which we want to update to bring the product brand up to date. The two focus' are the two methods the product can be used: as a website and as an installed PWA. This issue focuses on users who use the product in their browser

What to do

• Use icons made in #1187 (closed)
• Website favicon: PAT and HCP PWA use new icons
• Test size and color and shape of favicon
• Round Favicon should be prioritized as first option and square used as backup option
  • Test on multiple OS: Mac, Android, windows, linux
  • Test from multiple Browsers: Chrome, mozilla, safari, internet explorer
• Add any unit tests needed
