Answer Order Uniform | RC Question Database uniform question order

Background

For RC question database, most questions are mengen 0-3. There is feedback from users that some questions having yes as 0 and no as 3 and opposit is confusing. No matter what the target answer is based on the question context, we want questions in the RC database to be uniform 0: no/none/not at all and 3: yes/very/strong.

What to do

See the following question ids: Reverse the order of the answers so that 0 is "no" and 3 is "yes"

• Please make to:
  • Version the updated question
  • Record the past quetion in the question versioning in the ePRO table
  • Make sure the information in the ePROs tab for the questions are now all matching app <> table
• Please update any e2e tests that are affected
