Toggle hover and click states mixed SP: 3
- Toggle button in therapy follow-up has reversed hover and active states so that only the circle o is clickable but on hover mouse not active.
- Desired: on mouse hover anywhere in toggle active state and click anywhere in toggle changes on->off or off-> on [working as expected for all settings toggle buttons]
