Mengen Question: Value Indications in question editor, SP=3

Background

We removed the value indication for the custom mengen questions for text congruity. However, in reviewing the trends in the medical product, and testing out question answer values/graphs, it became clear that it is very difficult to understand as a user what answer labels have what value.

What to do

• Add value indication back into the interface (See work: #794 (closed))
  • DE: 0: nein 1: etwas 2: mäßig 3: stark
  • EN: 0: no 1: somewhat 2: moderately 3: strongly
• Check that these value indications match the stored values with the answer positions as intended
• When an HCP edits the answer options, these indicators are not part of the editable text
• When an HCP adds the question to the therapy follow-up with the submit button the indicators are not in the answer options
