Save Template User flow, SP=1

Currently, When an HCP chooses to save their edited/individual therapy follow-up as a template, the journey takes the user away from the therapy follow-up page.

Desired, The user remains on the Therapy follow-up page and a success toast informs them that the template has been saved.
