Bug: Question Selection - Selecting a filter, shows different filter title

Select any question filter in the dropdown and you will get the right set of questions but the title is displayed incorrectly. Happens almost all the time.

Discovered first by Saif, Hannu checked, it's on local main, but also on hcp.qa.

I added priority high, seems urgent to me. @elisabeth
