Phase II | Step 1.b: New component: Mini Menu, SP=3

Background

We are changing some aspects of the therapie follow-up page in order to accommodate user requests to save follow-up as a template from this page. This is a larger work package that will be worked on in parts for a few sprints. In the last sprint we gave actions and states to the new 'supporting' action button that is being used on the Therapy Follow-up Page. This issue is about making a new menu component so that items in a list format can be put into a menu for optimizing layouts in large/small screen.

What to do

• Create new mini menu component
• Add hover state
• Add open and close states
• Color theme is variable based on Variant and function (i.e. hcp create)
