Step 4: New Suport Button Action: Active, SP=X
Background
We are changing some aspects of the therapie follow-up page in order to accommodate user requests to save follow-up as a template from this page. This is a larger work package that will be worked on in parts for a few sprints. In the last sprint we made a new 'supporting' action button that is being used on the Therapy Follow-up Page. This issue is about adding the function triggered by the active state of the button
What to do

When there is content within the therapy follow-up the button is active (i.e. question or template is selected - same as preview button) -
Action: on button press the current therapy follow-up is added to the HCP custome template data store with the current title -
