Step 3: Add New Support Button to Page, SP=2

Background

We are changing some aspects of the therapie follow-up page in order to accommodate user requests to save follow-up as a template from this page. This is a larger work package that will be worked on in parts for a few sprints.

What to do

• Add new button component from Issue #1070 (closed) to therapie follow-up page
• Button has deactive state when no template/question has been selected
• Button has active state once 1 question or more is added to the template
• Button exists on edit page and preview page

• Action: on button press the current therapy follow-up is added to the HCP template data store
