Fix rcc client pipeline

As noticed by Carlos, here seems to be an issue with the issue and MR !908

My guess to fix this:

replace:

- if: $CI_PIPELINE_SOURCE == $CI_DEFAULT_BRANCH

with:

- if: $CI_COMMIT_BRANCH == "main"
